My personal review and reflection:
Buckwheat Zydeco plays.... zydeco! It's music I really like. In the old days I used to listen to Clifton Chenier and Queen Ida. I remember a golden night in San Francisco in 1981 with Queen Ida Zydeco Band. Eric is on one track, the old Derek-tune: Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad. This track hasn't much zydeco, but a lot of electrifying guitar by Eric. The rest of the album has a lot of rhythm, but not much else.
