My personal review and reflection:
| ||
|---|---|---|
| OK, Ringo is a Beatle, and The Beatles were my favourites in the sixties. But Ringo should stay behind the drums and NOT have a microphone within several meters. The poor man can't sing! I've seen him live once, and he is a happy and joyful person on stage, but he should stay there and not go into any studio. Ringo has a lot of great musicians on this CD. Peter Framton, Mac Rebenack, Jesse Ed Davis, John Lennon!, Paul McCartney and of cause, Eric. Sadly, this is no help. Eric plays leadguitar on one song, called "This Be Called A Song". A strange song, written by Eric. It seems to go nowhere, and when the track has ended you wonder if it really was a song written by Eric. | ||
